The project will be steered and progress monitored by 6-monthly meetings of the PNT–JRA management committee (PNT–JRAC) comprising one representative from each participant of the consortia. These meetings will generally take place at each of the member neutron facilities in turn, and will include a public session for ensuring a good interaction with other scientists and NMI3 members. The PNT–JRA meetings will be chaired by the co-ordinator Dr. A.Ioffe.

Decisions will be taken in agreement with the PNT–JRA Consortium Agreement. Short progress reports of each of the participating teams will be solicited 4 weeks before the PNT–JRA meeting. The chairman will distribute these reports together with the agenda and details of the meeting to all representatives from each participant. Consolidated reports, actions, notes and copies of the slides resulting from the meetings will be published on the PNT–JRA web site no later than a month after the meeting. This will provide a rapid communication, protection and dissemination of the knowledge produced within the framework of the project. At every meeting, the progress of the project will be monitored by comparison with the milestones with results achieved and resources for the continuation of each task will be agreed.
